A future fiscal crisis is guaranteed unless they get serious about the deficit. Last fall the "compromise' tax bill increased the deficit for 2011 by nearly 1/2 trillion and now they nearly shut down the government over a difference of less than 10 billion.So far it has been nothing but theater to convince the voters they are doing something so no one will notice that they are not.

you don't want scene...so try growing them out a lot... and look for a cut that will pronounce your natural hair! long layers, and a side swept bang would look cute. or something to compliment the face shape!

HELP. Does a girl touching a guy's hair mean she is flirting with him? Or could they be friends?

I've seen these guy and girl together all the time but no real physical contact except that one time. They usually don't seem flirtatious. But I have seen them talk to each other one on one while the rest of their friend circle was jabbering away. Though I do like this guy, and I have seen him avert his eyes from this female friend and stare at me while talking to her.

My bangs are fried. Please help :(?

I straighten my hair everyday, I always make sure to use a heat protectant before (Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray). I know it's unhealthy, but I also wash my hair everyday as it gets greasy easily. Recently, I've noticed that my bangs are extremely fried. I have side bangs that cover my right eyebrow. They are also breaking off from straightening them so much. The straightening iron I use goes up to 430 degrees. I really don't want to cut the damaged part of my bangs off, because if I did they would only be about an inch long! Is there any products I can use that will help my bangs? :(
