Ettiquette for Dwarfs around women wearing short skirts?

I am an adult male, 3'4" tall, well formed and told I am quite handsome. Often when in public I can't help noticing that I am afforded a very good view up some women's skirts--especially if they are slightly taller than average, wearing heels, etcetera. In a professional environment, I really attempt to look away. But if it's a club or something and I've had a couple of pops, that can be just too hard to do. After all, this sort of up-skirt view is probably the only real "bonus" to being so short. I have actually been caught peeping on more than one occasion and the ladies in question have always been nice about it--once in awhile they will even shift around to let me get an even better view. But seriously ladies, what's the protocol on this? Should I be expected to continually avert my eyes?
