What kind of ear infection is thisss D:?

at first it started as a feeling of something blocking my ear.it got hot.then shooting pain. it hurts behind my outer ear.and like right infront of the tiny peice thats kinda right infront of the ear hole i guess?i think its called trig or trek or something.i put peroxicide in it. it made my ear canal feel empty.but passed the ear drum feels idk "ucky' like stuffy and sore. its really warm aswell. i tried to clean it with a q-tip.which was dumb i know.actually is seems like the whole ear canal has completely opened up.but liked i said deeper in is just...ucky.if i pull on my ear and wiggle it hurts like all around the outside. i put vinegar in it to..it hasnt worked.D::: it hurtss.can someone tell me which kind it is? and like home remedies maybe? i went swimming in a lake this passed weekend.i just dont feel like its swimmers ear. i also have a terrible cough .making my whole throat and lungs feel raw. mad flem. thanks for helping meee.
