How are the DENON AH-D2000?

I was thinking in buying them, but I avert beard them before. is there a place that has them on display In San Jose or in the bay area? and also what are other audiophiles headphones for iPod that are under 400 (my price range) that are closed design (not open ear) and over ear headphone. Beacause im going to take them outside and everywhere.
