How can I get my hair EXACTLY like the girl in this picture?

Take the picture into your hair stylist and they should be able to help you. The color of that type of blonde is platinum and those are side swept bangs. You can dye your hair black if you want but sometimes it can look a little harsh if its not you natural color. maybe an esspresso brown would be better, but thats totally up to you. also be careful about dyeing your hair, my sister dyes her hair alot and now its fried and looks kinda unhealthy. but have fun with whatever you choose to do! good luck :)
