I need help with my swish bangs. Christina Grimmie bangs?

So where do I start I want bangs like this a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1665684/selena-gomez-christina-grimmie-tour.jhtml" rel="nofollow"http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1665684…/a Christina Grimmie bangs and I have really thin hair and I have a cowlick right where my bangs are and it is so difficult to get them. When they get cut they stay put for like 2 days then they push back because of my cowlick. Can anyone tell me how to fight this problem. I would also appreciate tips on how to get it cut so I can over power this cowlick. If I could please get feedback I would be so greatful. Thanks so much.
