Should my baby be doing more things?

My baby girl is 7 weeks and 4 days old. She was born 2 weeks and 5 days early. I don't know if I'm being paranoid, but she just doesn't seem to do much. When I google "What a baby should be doing at 7 weeks" I get answers like "Turning to noises" or "Turning to her side". She doesn't do either of that. She follows objects with her eyes, she smiles once in a while but that's about it (Aside from sleeping, eating and pooping a lot). She's turned her head to a rattle a couple of times, but just doesn't seem to be very interested. She doesn't turn her head to my voice also, she actually sometimes averts her eyes when I try to make eye contact. Should I be worried about all this? Is there other things she should be doing at this age? In case you can't tell, I'm a new mother and a little stressed out! :)
