I'm a mom who turned my teen daughter on to the Doctor and we've watched it together for years, now. It's one of the best shows in the world of Sci-fi and I would hope that if your mom wanted to spend some time with you, she'd love to watch it with you! Go ahead, do her a favor and show it to her!
