Do you think children could pass the budget bill?

Seriously, it seems that politicians have such a hard time agreeing just to avert a government shut down. There are times when I think kids could come to resolutions much easier than the politicians that we elected to supposedly "do their jobs" instead of playing partisan politics. Thoughts?
