Am I worrying too much over nothing?

3-4 week ago I had protective sex (condom) with a random girl I met on a night out drinking (was really drunk) I wore a condom even when she performed oral (she wouldn't perform oral on me if not) I'm 17 years old and It was my first time she's 21 years old , she said she's been tested a month ago and is clean and never had a cold sore as herpes is my main concern (tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhoea) also I had a cold sore when I was a child according to my mother which I know means I have HSV1 orally, I performed oral sex on her but only for like a minute, a few hours after my contact with her a got two cold sores could this be a coincidence? I've also been told by 3 doctors that I'm too paranoid and the doctor said I shouldn't really need to do a blood test, should I trust the doctors or just get the tests done anyway because I've heard that herpes blood test are not that accurate? by the way I have none of the following on my genital area http://www.avert.org/std-pictures.htm please take a look and let me know of the chances of having anything are, thank-you
