I am getting my first Mountaun Bike. Should I go for the Scott Aspect 45 (L) or the Trek 4300 D?

I would go with the Trek. That model is probably one of the best starter bikes around. In my opinion, I would look for a nice used mountain bike for 200-400 dollars. Once youre absolutely positive that mountain biking is the sport for you, invest in a new bike.
