I'd like some feedback on the first few pages of my story (All I've written so far)?

This isn't gonna be what you want to hear but this didn't interest me. The writing was good but good writing wasn't enough; there's no opening or closing hooks for your segments, and no action, really. But it's only my one opinion and others may vary.
