I like this shy woman, but does it seem like she likes me?

It definitely seems like she likes you, a lot even. In my experience, shy women will find ways to avoid the conversations if they don't enjoy having them. If she's always waiting in the same place for you, then that's a good thing. As far as the texting is concerned, if she works late then chances are she got it but never really had the opportunity to respond. If she didn't get it until late, she probably didn't want to wake you with a response. I would see what everyone else here has to say, but I think you can probably wait until the next time you see her rather than texting her again. Don't make yourself seem desperate.
