I don't know what to do anymore!! HELP PLEASE!!!?

If you are trying to do something fun with him and he is whining and moaning just ignore it and let him be, because eventually he will snap out of it and get tired of moaning all the time. Unless he is in a situation where he could hurt himself let him cry until he calms down. Just keep being patient and teach him not to hit his head or else it'll hurt him
